1. Log into your account via the Client Portal
2. Click on the Services Tile on your Dashboard
3. Click on the Service You Want to Log Into
4. Click Upgrade/Downgrade on the left-hand side
5. Select the Plan You Wish to Change To
6. Click Choose Product
